Everything I needed was available. Once my order was placed they sent me confirmation emails with tracking information. My order showed up a day early with everything, which was even better

Customer service was excellent. My concerns on my order being on slight back order after placing the order were promptly responded to via emails. I received my order quickly after confirmation that it had been shipped and was exactly what I had ordered.

Item showed in stock when ordered but the confirmation said ships in 1 to 2 weeks, backordered. After 3 weeks the order was cancelled and I got the same item in 2 days from Ebay

2 stars at this point in time because I have yet to receive my order. Once it is received, I could possibly change it higher, but since I don't have the product, I can't really review it. I gave it 2 instead of 1, because I reached out to the customer service team and they replied timely.
