I've purchased a lot of stuff from this website. The one time I ordered or received two items that won't fit my machine and I want to return them (I was willing to do store credit, pay return shipping ect...). It is virtually impossible to figure out how and then you need to basically write a sob story as to why you are returning this item and wait for a response for an RTO. It's $40 worth of product. Almost not worth my time. Well now it's not worth wait for a response that I still haven't got. I'm not going to waste any more time on this. Nor will I buy from you again! There are plenty of suppliers out there that would love my business.

Overall, pretty good, but the order did not arrive on schedule, I think it was a day early. The product did not have the same protective sleeve as the original but did have on the label "Guaranteed to fail" oops I meant "Made in China". Eh, like there's a difference. Probably not a Cyberweld but a Hobart issue. Another plus was I could talk to an actual real live breathing person, unlike a certain evil mega-corporation that own rocket ships

Ordered an 80 cf bottle of argon. The price was reasonable and it was delivered to my door very quickly. The bottle was brand new with all of the DOT test requirements and dates stenciled on the cylinder.
