These people are thieves

These people are thieves. I ordered AND PAID FOR a resmed machine from them in July and have received nothing from them except excuses. Now I am ignored when I contact them. I finally purchased a machine from Lofta, and would highly recommend them. Do not deal with these people, they are not honest. Saw your response so I will help you: order #8800665449, which it took months to get officially cancelled despite several requests. I was told a refund would post in 3-5 business days weeks ago. I am in the process of exploring my legal options, and will keep this sight posted.

Really bad experience

I ordered, and paid for, a sleep apnea home test machine in September, and they said they would contact my physician to get the necessary prescription. As best I can tell they have done nothing. My physician's office confirmed that they have not been contacted. Last week I cancelled the order via both phone call and email. Now I am awaiting my refund, and on that too nothing seems to be happening. The fact that every one of their 2021 reviews has been one star is no surprise to me.

Bought a cpap machine and got it rather quickly. Had to buy a new mask, credit card was hit immediately and now nothing. The call goes dead when it switches to customer service, have left messages on their website and nothing. I got charged but no shipping information, nothing. Please do not use this company, there is no way to contact them. I cannot use my machine that I NEED to use since I do not have the proper mask.

I placed an order in the middle of August, I’ve called every week and they tell me that the CPAP machine that was “in stock” the day i placed the order is in back order. They indicate some of the cpap machines are in back order and it could take up to 16 weeks. They took my money the day i placed my order. A lot of us have been affected by the Phillips recall. Have some compassion this is a much needed medical device. I placed an order with a different company today and I have received a tracking number the same day i placed the order.

I have placed my order for a replacement CPAP machine and mask about a month ago. Only received a mask. Understanding thier is a backorder, however I am no longer able to speak to someone on the phone. My money was taken with a partial order and I am not able to confirm any information about my paid for CPAP. The phones are no longer working.

Unable to place an order

Unable to place an order. Tried twice with 2 different browsers. After putting in Credit Card info, it just spins and spins. Unable to reach a human on their ONLY phone number. Scary company.

Find someone else to buy your medical devices from ...

Called to check stock on a travel CPAP and CPAP Supply USA confirmed it was in stock. Placed order immediately. Credit card charged. Received order confirmation. Called 5 days later wondering why it hadn't shipped and was informed it was on backorder. Put me in a really hard spot since I needed the device for schedule business travel. Was lied to that it was in stock - and who charges customers for stocked items that are on backorder (reputable companies don't). Customer service folks were good, but clearly their is a bigger company issue. Won't be a customer and would encourage you to find an alternate source for you medical needs.

Seriously these people waited several weeks to even get it to the post office (per Amazon customer service). I asked for a refund since at the time I asked it had not even been mailed but a shipping lable was made.. Then they have the nerve to ask me to change my review. FYI I will be posting my rating on your company everywhere to include Google. You know you did wrong and have been a pain in my ass with the refund. So no I will not change my comments even though you refuse to post it!

SCAMMERS ..

SCAMMERS ... they take your money and never deliver the item... also they steal your credit card info ...i started getting unusual charges on my credit card and needed to request a credit card cancellation ,,, Big headache ,,stay away from this business , not serious
