CPAP in an Ice House

I bought the cables to use my CPAP machine with a 12V car battery while ice fishing and it worked like a champ!! Thank you very much!!

I have always had a good experience purchasing from this company. I even purchased my initial CPAP machine with no problems whatsoever. I also have purchased many accessories and replacement items such as nasal pillows, filters, etc., and have had a good to great experience.

Some good, some bad.

I don't care to be badgered about what I need and don't need. I take very good care of my CPAP and supplies. If there is something I think should be replaced or that truly needs to be replaced I ask if it is eligible. I don't really care to be questioned or given a "sales" pitch. The representatives are usually very pleasant and helpful, but the last two times I got "attitude" when I didn't order just what they were trying to sell me.

Wonderful service

Wonderful service. Purchasing a kit was a lifesaver... most stateside cpap retailers turn down my wife's diagnosis and doctor's letter because it's from Japan so we have a hard time purchasing these items. CPAP Supply USA's team was prompt in their service and accommodated my request to send via USPS without any pushback. This company is simply phenomenal and I would recommend this to anyone who needs cpap supplies.

Customer service is very competent and helpful. I especially like the fact that they are proactive in notifying me when I need to order which helps given the dizzying array of replacement dates on CPAP parts.

I placed an order at CPAP USA SUPPLIES …

I placed an order at CPAP USA SUPPLIES and instead of receiving a confirmation of my order, I am asked to give a review. I went to the website, entered my credit card, and placed a $222.46 order. The online information states "waiting for prescription." That was nearly three weeks ago. I normally order CPAP supplies on Amazon and get the product within 48 hours. What's going on? Ok company ! Still not happy with the mask fit but it seems like they don't really want to go too much out of their way to ensure a tight comfortable fit for you. They give you a mask and say come back in a month if it doesn't fit well. You have to be miserable for the whole month if it doesn't fit. I have to pull mine so tight to keep it from leaking, it makes my nose really sore. Nose stays sore all the time.
