Better communication. Outdated return process. Product quality was subpar. Customer service was rude. Update: I have over a dozen emails from this company responding weeks later after I sent them emails every other day. This is an example of the stunts they pulled during the return process that took months. They deflect and hope you'll give up. DO NOT buy from this company.
