I received a Pro 2 machine which has been faulty assembled, the main machine was broken, as the screws has clearly been forced into the machine, I bought the machine through a local shop, and they have tried to talk with Hismith about it. Hismith claims that I have destroyed the machine, but the screws is not a customer assembly part, the machine has never been used and still have not. Hismith refuses to help with a solution and leave me and the local shop on our own. The local shop is kind enough to find a solution, but I really think it’s a bad customer service from Hismith. In the future I will definitely choose a different company that actually cares about their customers. I cannot say anything about the Quality of the machine as I have not tried it, but first hand experience is not good.
