I love them

My package came a lot faster than anticipated. I ordered a 5x because I typically need the 57 to 60 in waist option (going to be honest, mind ya business if my body bothers you) but the 5x in their boxer boyshorts is actually a little big. That's okay because they are comfortable. The tags say HAND WASH ONLY so that's what I do, and they've held up great. They are thin, yes, and silky, but I like that. If I want something more secure I wear my regular cotton briefs. I haven't tried their underwear, but 09/10 for their boxers. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the prices. Can we go 2 for 20 maybe? Yeah... that would do it.

This was the first time I've ordered…

This was the first time I've ordered with this company. Overall, I do enjoy their patterns and styles and truthfully, I was pretty happy to see their size charts looked somewhat accurate. Unfortunately, upon arrival the waists are not accurate in size. I'm not going to say don't order But I would probably size up because it's just a lot easier to shrink something than stretch it. (Waste elastic and or fabric is substantially tighter than the rest of the material)

Comfy and affordable

I've order from them in 2020 and again now. I've found their shipping to be fast (took roughly a week to deliver to me though I love just a few hours from Toronto so that could affect it) and the pairs of undies I bought have been pretty well made. I got both a few comfy styles and more sexy styles and they all feel fairly similar to some La Senza pairs I've had in the past. I still have a couple pairs from 2020 that show no wear aside from the normal bleaching that happens to any undies. For such a nice price point I'm super happy with my purchase.

Poorly made and uncomfortable

These are so poorly made and i’m so disappointed. I give 2 starts to give one of them to customer service, but otherwise I 0/10 recommend these. I ordered 10 pairs, all size medium. I got 4 pairs of the exact same pair in different colors, and all of them were different sizes. I had to re order half of them and they sent me replacement for free which was nice. But they still fit wrong. and each one fits wrong in a different way. the waistbands pinch but the cheeks are too lose, or vice versa; the cheek/leg holes are uneven so one is bigger than the other; the seams aren’t even; they ride or they fall, I could go on.

Actually a good experience

Despite all of the issues other people have had, I haven’t run into this. I live in a small town in Canada and received my order within a week. I ordered two sets of pajamas and they are really soft and stretchy. At the price point I bought them for I really can’t complain, they were around $20-$30 per pair. They feel better than Walmart or other cheap brands for pajamas. I am happy with my purchase.

I asked for my money back because the item was not as described and they said they do not do returns or refunds

Bad quality, damaged product received, bad customer service

I wanted to love Knotty Knickers so much, but not only does the quality of their product differ from item to item, their customer service is also garbage. I placed a large order of bralettes, boxers and lounge pants. After placing the order I realized I didn’t enter my unit number, so I reached immediately. After several days with no response, I reached out again. This went on for almost 2 weeks before someone finally responded and said they’d inform the courier. Then when I was opening my order, I saw that one of the straps on the bralette was sharply cut almost all the way through. I reached out with pictures, explained the packaging was intact and it wasn’t caused by me opening the package as I used nothing sharp, and requested a replacement. They responded with a code, stating it doesn’t expire and it’s worth the value of what I paid for the bralette, and I can use it on my next order. But when I go to use this code it doesn’t work. So I reach out again, and they say it can’t be combined with any other promotions. What? You won’t give me a refund, you won’t send a replacement, and now you give me a credit that doesn’t work if there’s a promotion running. This is absurd, it’s my “money” there shouldn’t be stipulations on how I use it. After arguing back and forth about this, it’s clear they don’t care and will do nothing. All I wanted was the item that I ordered, in tact, but I can’t get it without spending more money. When I go to their FAQ’s, under “what if I receive a damaged item?” This is what it says: “ If you have received something other than what you were expecting, please email us within five days of receiving your package. Items cannot be washed and must be in their received condition. If you do contact us after the five-day period, we may not be able to assist you with any concerns regarding your items. All concerns revolving damages or otherwise, must be brought to us while subscriptions are still active.” A lot of words that say nothing. Basically, if you receive a damaged item, too bad so sad. Give us more money. Regarding the quality, I noticed a substantial difference in fabric quality from item to item. While their boxers and bralettes all seem to be the same fabric just different patterns online, this is not the case. Some fit snug, and perfect, and are a good thickness; others are thin and stretch out of their shape after only minutes of wear. I’m talking the tight boxers and bralettes, not the boxer shorts. They can keep their code and their subpar product. They’ve lost my business and I’ll be sure to post this everywhere I can so others are warned.

Nothing has arrived. They dont reply to emails. Avoid

They have taken two charges but have used the wrong address twice. I have emailed and they confirmed they had corrected the details. Another month and the invoice has the wrong address. Support have not answered emails or their direct on web contact form.

2+ months delay, missing item, callous customer service. Avoid this brand!

Couldn’t deliver my order placed on Black Friday within 30 days. Instead of refunding me right away, they reissued the order, which wasn’t delivered for over another 30 days, AND was missing an item. Instead of refunding the missing item, they gave me a “credit.” Refused to issue a refund despite the order being over 30 days late. Customer service was appalling—stonewalling, delay, refusing to engage, seem to take pleasure in frustrating and denying customers. Product quality is not worth this hassle: Cheap fabric that will lose shape and disintegrate after a few wears, loses stretch and becomes uncomfortable within minutes of putting it on. Don’t fall for their cute Instagram ads.
