literally ordered on feb 16th

literally ordered on feb 16th. noticed i ordered the wrong size by mistake. they get back to me on feb 19th and say they can't change it because it was already processed for shipping but they could give me 20 percent off a future order. I don't want the 20 percent off and even stated to them that the size ordered by mistake can not be used. also i don't believe they could of processed the order that quickly where it can't be changed.

Absolutely avoid this company

Absolutely avoid this company I had a subscription for years and ordered items from their black Friday sale. The items I received were all wrong, contacted the company and they mailed replacements, that order was also wrong, they reshipped and I never received it. Contacted them again, said they would file a claim with the courier. There is no courier, it's non trackable Canada post. And they resent it again Here we are 76 days from my order and I have not received the right items or the replacement items. Their customer service is atrocious I have since cancelled all my services with them and will tell anyone how awful they are, this is after being a customer for years!

Pretty bad

I never got updates on my order, the sizes DID vary. One fit very well and one was too small? They were all xl. I’m a midsize girl and xl has always either been perfect or too big. And it was too small? The only points they got were it was cheap (i guess i got what i paid for) and the delivery was quick. But the quality is crappy, i ordered two thongs, one was too small and the other one worked very weirdly.

Unprofessional scammers

Signed up for them a few years ago, and when I had enough underwear to fill a whole drawer, I went to cancel the service. The sign-in screen leads to an endless loop where upon signing in, you're taken to a captcha screen that upon completing, just takes you back to the login screen again to restart the loop. Tried emailing customer support to cancel, I was told my subscription was cancelled. Yet more kept arriving after. Then all of a sudden, it just stopped. For a year, I thought the subscription had finally cancelled, only for me to receive an email today a year later to find that they had still been taking my money all this time but had just never shipped any more to my door. Horrid company

They take money unauthorised and don’t refund

I would give 0 stars if I could. I cancelled my subscription over a year ago as the sizing was crazy. How all the pairs can arrive with completely different sizes is in one packet is beyond me with pictures to show the massive differences they said, maybe you need a bigger size. Then this month they randomly started my subscription again, took the money and when I contacted them they said. Oops it’s cancelled again but we do NOT issue refunds even though they essentially stole from me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Tracking doesn't update, emails left unanswered... beware!

I recieved an order confirmation on Dec 11th, and recieved a shipping notice and tracking number on the 13th (within their 3 buisness day timeframe) -- since then, the tracking hasn't updated; I've even used a 3rd party tracking website and it just states that just the label has been created. I reached out to the company on "business day 7" of their 4-8 business day shipping, and recieved what felt like a canned response saying that it will ship soon on Dec 26th. Since then, they've been silent, I have emailed them multiple times through the same email chain and no reply. I have now emailed them directly again asking for a refund since they don't seem capable of shipping my order (or running a business). If I don't hear from them, I'll have to contact my credit card company and get a charge back done.

Worst online purchase experience ever

Ordered for the 1st time and it took them nearly 2 weeks to ship and I had to call them out first. Wrote them an email that they didn't respond to. Called them out on that. Got blocked from their FB page. They email saying they've shipped and tracking sits there for a week doing nothing. Email them again and it's "lost." The latest is that they will reship in 3 days. I should definitely never shop here again

Decent Quality, Low Price, Fast Shipping, Great Customer Service!

I have been purchasing from Knotty for about 2 years now. The quality has been hit or miss at times, but for the most part I’m happy with the majority of my purchases. I feel like recently Knotty has drastically improved the quality of their panties and are now offering a large variety of styles AND sizes! I recently decided to sign up for the 3 monthly pair subscription and so far so good. I’m very happy with the pairs I received this month and I’m looking forward to my December subscription shipment.

Don't buy from knotty knickers

I ordered 2 sets of their mystery boxers and never received a confirmation to verify my order. I payed through PayPal and my address was different from the address I was having it sent to. I never received my purchase and was informed it was sent to the wrong /address. I immediately contacted knotty knickers to have my items sent to the correct address and told those morons I never received a confirmation to verify the order. Well they told me that they are not responsible for sending to a wrong address and offered me a crappy 20%coupon for my next purchase. This is by far the worst customer service. Do not purchase anything from this lame company. They don't care about their customers and their crappy policies are not what a honest company who wants repeat customers does. Buyer beware. Update 11/14/23 Knotty knickers has agreed to resend my items. I am now waiting for my order to arrive.

The subscription service that charges but never delivers..

I subscribed to Knotty Knickers' monthly subscription service several months ago.. and while they have consistently charged my credit card, they have not sent me my subscription even once. I've received nothing. I tried reaching out to customer service a few times, and it went nowhere.. but Knotty continues to charge my card. I just attempted to log back into the website to cancel my subscription, only to find that my account no longer exists. Apparently they deleted my account, and haven't sent any of my monthly subscriptions since the beginning of subscribing, but continue to charge my card. I just want the product.. but customer service isn't helpful when you get the same answer every time, "we'll look into it".. only for your account to be deleted so you can't log in, while they still continue to charge your card. Meanwhile, Splendies, which I subscribed to at the exact same time as Knotty, has sent my monthly subscription without fail, every month like clockwork. I was going to order so many more items from Knotty, but when my subscription never came, I held off. Now I'm glad I did. I can't believe this company. I wanted to like them because of their inclusive ad campaigns, but I can't trust a company that steals my money, won't send any product, and won't even give me a way of cancelling the payments for products they never delivered. I'm really disappointed. Edit: they've tried having my review removed, but still won't give me my money back. It seems they really know how to play the system. It's been five months, and they're still charging my card. This is not a fake review.. I'm a real person, and I've been battling this company to get my money back for months now.
