Company appears great but isn't.

Company appears great but isn't. There were few times I was charged and was not sent package, additionally, 90% of the product came ripped or has ripped after 1-2 uses. The quality is so poor it's hilarious. They sent me undies where the seams were literally incomplete and coming apart. When I filed a complain I got sent another pair which RIPPED AFTER WEARING IT ONCE. Overall it's not worth it, the undies are bad quality and yes you spend *less* per pair but in reality you spend more to maintain underwear without holes. They are dollar store or AliExpress quality, and if you want that, just order some for 2$ off AliExpress with free shipping, don't bother with the company and produce cheap fabric waste.

Horrible company after product was cheap and worthless I cancelled even though last order was sent . Never received it and it’s been 1 month of emails of run around and still nothing.I’d strongly suggest to never order from them

Terrible customer service

I had been subscribed to Knotty Knickers for about 6 months, and was considering cancelling due to poor quality of the underwear. They had some cute and cheap lingerie around Christmas and I thought I would add additional items to my order (wanted to surprise my partner). To date (Feb 23), I still have not received a package. I have been on top of customer service, and they claim to have tried to send three packages (including two replacements) — none of which have reached me. The rep I am dealing with eventually admitted that it is “not in company policy to refund.” Ridiculous company, will not be purchasing or subscribing again.

Decent product, not consumer friendly

I liked the panties better than their competitor, so I kept my subscription for a few months. However, their site is not user friendly. I had an order issue and the customer service department was not helpful, so I cancelled.

Stained Panties, Impossible Customer Service, Reactivates your Subscription On Their Own

I got my order but one panty came with a weird brown stain all over it. The sizing is completely off-- medium is not a pant size 8-10 like it says. Do NOT trust this company. The website says cotton linings/gussets on the panties. Definitely not. If you want cheap, one use underwear buy it from ali-express, it's the same stuff. Plus the customer service is impossible to deal with, and sends copy-paste responses. Oh, and they reactivated my subscription without my consent. So be wary of that. Remove your payment details from the site, because they might just keep charging you.

Customer service is awful

Customer service is awful. I was trying to cancel my subscription but it wasn’t working on the website, the cancel button was not responding. It took 3 days to get my subscription cancelled through the customer service email. They told me multiple times I had to to it through the website even though I told them in my initial email the website isn’t responding. They clearly don’t read emails properly. During the time I was trying to cancel, my card was charged again and an order was processed. I emailed them within hours saying I want a refund and the order cancelled as I have been trying to cancel my subscriptions. They said they can’t do that, the order has already been processed. So even tho I am moving this weekend and won’t receive the package, I was trying to cancel my subscription and didn’t want the order, they will not refund me. This company cares about money and not customers. This was my third time using this subscription service over the years and I will not be a returning customer

Never received

I never received the panties and when I contacted their support they told me all sales were final. So I'm left with 5 bucks less and nothing to show for it besides some really nasty emails from rude customer service reps. EDIT - They're now trying to "get information" on my review? It's been nearly two years and they want an order number of trustpilot might take down my review. You seriously want to refund me after this long? So petty 🙄

I have been getting panties from knotty…

I have been getting panties from knotty knickers every month for over a year, I order $24 dollars worth which is 8 pairs of underwear. I have never had any problems with this company! I have only received two or three pair that were to small so sizing is pretty much on target! Love the brand love my panties!

The sizing is all wrong

The sizing is all wrong. I've always been a small to medium. Some of their panties are to small or way to big. The quality is also really bad especially withe the lace items. Most of the panties are one time use. Once you wash them they are done.
