Knotty Knickers took 6 payments from my account and never received any product in return! I was told to check the post office and IF they had the package, to pay the extra postage and they would reimburse that but never did I get a refund from them!

This place is a low key scam . So I ordered a set I chose 3X and it changed it to XS, I would’ve totally thought it was me but the same happened to my friend. When I emailed they said there’s nothing they can do because it’s too far into processing I sent that email as soon I hit order. But they don’t have any other way to get ahold of them other then email that takes a few days. Then they weren’t able to see my account because I canceled the membership and had to turn my membership back onto get help. For them to tell me sorry nothing they can do, guess who just got charged again for something that was canceled it’s a total scam,

Bad quality, they rip immediately/feel thin and cheap. Not to mention I cancelled and deleted my account and they continued to charge me again. They haven't responded to my emails requesting a solution.

Ive ordered from Knotty Knickers about 4 times. And i finally had to call it quits. Theres no refunds or exchanges, so if the fit is bad (very common) you’re just out the money. They put the wrong address on my package and told me it was my fault even though they had successfully delivered to me here in the past. They added “extras” without my permission and used the “no refund” policy to make me pay for them. I tried politely explaining that i didn’t appreciate the unauthorized charge and they tried to convince me that i placed it and ‘forgot’ Completely unacceptable business practices

Bad customer service. I would say 1/3 of the panties actually fit. And a rude response when I complained that they didn’t fit. Took me months to cancel. Do not recommend. Also the materials were very uncomfortable and I literally wear none of them now.

I was charged for months after I canceled. Out of the 6 packages I was charged for I only received 2. They were very unhelpful on resolving this issue. The first package was ok. The second I received was very cheap and fell apart the first time I wore them.

Do NOT buy from these people, they will steal your money and not send you products. I've been missing my items since May. $87.22 I have been charged now. I moved in April and updated my address and they've been sending to my old place this whole time. Never once did they refund me for returned items. It is illegal to open mail that is not registered to you so no one else could take this package.

If I could give a zero star review I would. Company is a bunch of crooks. They continually charge your credit card despite SEVERAL request to cancel, lie about actions they say they take to cancel your account, horrible customer service.

I've only given one star as zero isn't an option. I've been trying for months to cancel my subscription, emails are unanswered, you can't cancel via your account as it let's you do everything except cancel. Time to get my bank involved. Very easy to sign up, very difficult to stop paying

Don't bother ordering. They aren't true to size. All my underwear fit fine. If I buy the same size from KK they are not even close, so small they are in comfortable. Don't reach out to customer service. No return. No refunds. Your stuck with crappy made underwear that are way too small.
