Es un timo, al precio de la subasta hay que añadirle, entre su comisión+impuestos+transporte (si lo solicitas) un 50% más a lo que hayas pujado. Por lo que sale más a cuenta comprarlo en otras plataformas de segunda mano. Además que para eliminar tu cuenta, no existe ninguna opción específica y no responden a los mensajes para borrarla.

Garbage goods sold

There is no difference between FRAUDSTERS and John Pye. I think they go to recycle sites get people unwanted items to auction them knowing they do not work. They failed to provide me with testing kits and then use the T&C to hold you accountable where they know they do not have the facility to test for the lot. Robbers taking people hard earn money Nothing good is auction they just flood their site with waste materials

Disgusting

Disgusting, these people are crooks, charges on top of charges for no reason, its a pain to buy car from them, they got zero flexibility. Dont even respond with your "sorry to hear you had a bad experience please send us an email so we can help you" rubbish because there is zero help or flexibility with these crooks.

The customer service is second to none and the agent Bob is an excellent customer service member. If there were more Bob’s in customer services everywhere there’d be happier customers everywhere. John Pye you are lucky to have such a great skilled member on your team.

Poor customer service

I have written a number of reviews of this company, all of them good. This is quite simply because, having eight years experience of using them, my wife and I know how to use the site, do well from it and do not fall foul of the many mistakes that people make and which result in many of the poor reviews on here. This time, however, their customer service towards a long-standing customer is appalling. My wife did a search on a particular item of furniture which produced a number of results. What she unfortunately omitted to do, not having carried out such a search before, was specify Marchington. This resulted in her winning an item at Nottingham. Accordingly, we contacted them to explain what had happened, asked for a refund and for the item to be relisted. The response from Fergie, towards a long-standing customer, was along the lines of tough, you bought it, you paid for it, you collect it. What a way to treat a loyal customer.

They have serious THIEVES at their BIRMINGHAM warehouse. Items that never get delivered and no updated tracking. Makes sense though if you see how many "invaders" now live in Birmingham...

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! 32 days No Delivery - Rude

Won an auction on the 26th of October, after waiting 14 working days, no delivery, called they told me it was 15 days, called back the next day, they then called the Chesterfield office who said they had located the item, then got an email from Jade to say it had been packed and the next email said it had been loaded on to a van. Got to day 32 ( 22 working days ) still not item, emailed them and they said they were waiting for my bank details to give a refund. 4 hours on the phone 32 days later, no product, no apologies from the company AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
