This is a brand new auction house that has just opened in Birmingham. The car parking is near to where the viewing is and on the one occasion I have collected the items it was again very easy and all ready for collection.

First class company. Efficiency means that my purchases are actioned swiftly. Pleasure doing business with them.

Logan ( customer service ) was very helpful solving a raised issue about an item. Quick replies to my email and communicating with me, professional and polite. Great experience .

I personally like JP. Their system is very easy to use and they are extremely efficient when on the rare occasion we’ve had to complain. If you remember the quote, “ Everything you see is second hand” even stuff that is brand new. You can get some fantastic products but I tend to avoid the weekend bids as they are bumped up by silly prices. Unfortunately the good deals tend to be held at the weekends. I no longer buy clothes new from shops, When JP have near perfect items in my size at a third of the price. There are a LOT of bad and nasty companies out there who address themselves as auctioneers. In my opinion John Pye is one of the most valuable and decent sellers.

Poor! So, I’ve just returned from John Pye, Chesterfield to discover many major faults to items that I purchased in good faith and which were incorrectly described. This company is the brown stuff you step in. The staff seem all too belligerent in their duties. Don’t expect any help at all. I’m a bloke and pretty strong, but the ladies are left alone to handle their goods, whilst burly staff (men) smile and watch. But it’s the advertisement of what appears to be items that are in good condition, but are not. Valued at RRP prices, but clearly not in the same ballpark. Buy cheap! Buy twice!! Just don’t buy from these guys…

Was helped by logan today he was a great help. My problem being, I've been a customer here for years now. At the start everything was 100% perfect... as time has gone on, not so perfect. Expect something wrong with practically every package (had about 15 orders this year, I think maybe 1 or 2 maximum didn't have a problem) Constantly items being stolen from my packages, you'll buy a quantity of 20 items and 18 will arrive, other day I bought 15 packs of underwear... you guessed it, 14 arrived... and it is constant. You do get some good bargains here by the way it's not all doom and gloom. You may even find it profitable to an extent. Just expect to lose and hour or two of your day every time you order as it's a constant case of being in the phone to them/ customer service etc.
