Miss sold IPhone 15

The iPhone was advertised as network unlocked, to know that it's unlocked then you will have to access settings, however this phone will not allow access to settings, the phone will turn on, but loses power when in the process of starting up the phone , I've had a specialist look at it & they confirmed that their is no way to access setting. JohnPye are refusing to examine the phone to confirm its broken.

Complete morons

Complete morons! Tried to reanimate account and got told that years ago have missed payments for the lot. Asked how much and got reply that they can't provide me with information and that I'm banned. Silly and pathetic that You have no options to put things right if something has gone wrong at some point. Will spend my money somewhere else.

Recommend for selling your car

Sold my 11 year old car at John Pye’s Mitcham site. Very clear and simple instructions on the necessary process. Young man at the auction site who received the car was friendly and efficient. Ben and Owen from the head office in Nottingham both kept me informed throughout the sale and transfer of funds. Fair pricing schedule. And I got a decent price for my car!

Leah 5* service for John Pye

Great auctioneers, be very thorough when looking at items. They are not guaranteed to be working unless the listing says so. Go view items before bidding. Set a limit what you want to pay. Doing this can make successful your endeavours with them. Too many happy bidders who then don't pay and items get relisted, needs some work to stop fools dream bidding ruining and wasting time spent. Leah on customer service was exceptional when dealing with my queries on a delivery. Thanks

Leaving a max bid! Do Not Do!

I went down and inspected the item(a must do) 31 exact items all in good nick!separate lots,I placed a bid,all lots had the same opening bid, within a few hours my bis had reached my max,all other lots still had the opening bid, scam they run up the price, and are not very clever about it!

Never, Never Again.

I bid on and won two brand new sofas from their Marchington sale room. They both looked brand new in the photos. The invoice arrived and was paid the next day. All seemed good. Then silence. After three weeks I contacted the website chatbot to discuss the John Pye condition that they would deliver within 15 days. The chatbot said no. It's 15 working days........ So on the 30th day I contacted them again. This time a human picked it up and advised delivery was now booked for a few days time. When delivered, one was missing the box containing the feet and looked like it had been used in the staff tea room for the long month I was made to wait. Every surface was grubby, some positively dirty. The back had bloodstains on where I can only presume one of the labourers had cut himself and needed to wipe the blood off. UGH! So I asked for the box with the legs. The answer was firm: "if they are not in the delivery, they would not have been included." So much for buying new items from this auction house. I will never, never bid on anything from this auction house again. They may be big and old, but their service is AWFUL.
