Be aware they charge £60 (and £6 per day over for late collection). Flight got delayed, arrived in town late and called the next day to arrange collection. After explaining delay, I was advised I still had to pay £66 for an item purchased for £97! Reason being that staff had to move it around and store, utter rubbish! They have lost a customer in me. P.s worth mentioning I bought 4 mini chandelier style light fittings from JP in April, non worked! Had to pay twice for calling electrician out, lights ended up at the tip!

As you can see with all of the hundreds…

As you can see with all of the hundreds of negative reviews I would avoid like the plague - Buying anything electrical is the worst - it’s not ex display or returns! It’s returns because the stuff doesn’t work! I brought a massage gun and they refused to reply to my email stating that it doesn’t work other than their standard terms and conditions - they asked if I viewed it - of course I didn’t go and charge the massage gun for hours to learn that it doesn’t keep the charge! In addition I brought a 400kg table - did I view it? Ummm no I didn’t go and attempt to lift up and inspect a table of this size. It’s all crap that’s for sale

Avoid like the plague

We’ve bought a number of kitchen appliances from this auction site, risky I know, but hey ho, we took our chances and lived to regret it! Fridge freezer came and didn’t get cold, hob arrived broken, oven arrived dented and scratched and microwave oven arrived and it doesn’t work. We bought all items in quick succession to one another and have had them fitted all at the same time otherwise we would have stopped after the first item that was broken!!! Please avoid if you like to spend your money wisely!

Recently won a stand mixer

Recently won a stand mixer, and when it arrived I gagged as I opened the box, the Unit has come without most of its fittings, it doesn't even turn on, its covered in grease. Advertised as a Russel Hobbs, arrived in a Russel Hobbs box, most definitely was not a modern Russel Hobbs mixer, but a very old cheap crap one!!!!

Parcel Delivery Only

I've had a few good buys from JP and a few bad ones as well. To be fair to them items are sold "as seen" so you are always taking a chance unless you are able to see the items before hand. What really annoys me is the usual "parcels only" rule which means that even if you live close to the auction site you cannot pick the item up yourself, instead items have to be courier delivered which usually means a further £9.99 on top of the buyers premium and VAT. Add all this together and the cost can come near to what the item might cost new except if you buy new you might have a warranty.
