Saved me £100's but buyer beware, these aint anyrhing like eBay. I use over 5 other auction houses regulary & in All You must check items in person although JP will send additional info & photo's upon request & find they don't hide anything. If you are squimish & want perfection then go to an outlet such as John Lewis. Auctions are always a chance on condition but I've rarely been caught out although it does happen. My only issue with JP is dispatch & delivery times. If possible arrange to collect of be prepared to wait weeks.

Bout 3 lots of golf sets and a wine cooler today to find all gold sets were damaged and even worse the wine cooler doesn't even have any cables or a door to it!. Not in any of the lots bough we're any faults, pictures of faults or indication that any products had damage or were broken. Really unhappy it's false advertisements. Your happy to disclose if its packs 1 only of 3 or incomplete lots but don't disclose breakages or missing items. Won't be even attempting to come to Marchington again this is the 2nd time I've arrived and ended up with unusable items. Last time it was a zimberframe get home to find 2 left hand wheels ! People who want to buy but live a distance wouldn't bother save time you will only recieve junk

The ear pods were faulty and sadly don’t work so a waster of £50

The product I bought (in ear headphones) cannot be found via Bluetooth so renders them unusable. Will now have to go through guarantee process. This is not the experience I was expecting from this auction process.

we spoke to a girl called Jenna who answered the phone e in a very happy manner and was very helpful by helping my wife fill out a form we needed to submit. one thing I don't like is delivery charges has we have the opportunity to live 300 yards away and have to pay for delivery when I can pick up in o e minute from my house and wait for nearly two weeks to arrive. then find two articles missing thank you

Good products but oversaturated price wise. Do your research and don't have too high expecations. If you're not bidding in a certified working auction, expect the item to have cosmetic issues at the very least or for it to be missing items or not working. Everyone complaining on here clearly doesn't understand the concept of return and clearance auctions.

Misleading Description - Doesn't Work at All I recently purchased this lawn mower, expecting it to do the job as advertised, but unfortunately, it has been a complete disappointment. Nowhere in the product description did it mention that the mower wouldn't work out of the box. Cables had been cut which also wasn’t mentioned in the description. The fact that the seller didn't disclose this major flaw in the product description is incredibly frustrating. I wasted my time and money on something that doesn't even function as a basic lawn mower. I would not recommend this anyone buying anything from this site. Save yourself the hassle and look for a more reliable option elsewhere.

If not, I am sorry. 95% of goods are damaged items (95% people do not return things if they are not faulty). If you like to pay for things from the landfill then enjoy.
