Sony wh-1000xm3

Sony wh-1000xm3. Don't bid on these at John Pye auctions as they don't work. I am stuck with it cost me £55.00. I don't care about the lots of things coming from different backgrounds. You are taking advantage of public. At this day and age you don't list products that don't work. At least mark them as they don't work but the caveat is you won't be able to sell them if you mark them as they don't work. I guess you have to make money. Who cares about the public.

Awful company selling junk pretending to be valuable

I've used JP auctions on a couple of occasions, unfortunately for me the first time I got a relatively good item which then meant I bought more. All I can say is that all of the reviews here are exactly my experience. I have bought a dressing table which arrived with one leg missing, a coffee table without the fittings to fix together, a box of lights which turned out to be missing key parts, completely damaged, and bulbs that were already broken. To be fair, I've bought two pans which were as expected, and there was one bottle of perfume in the box of lights which wasn't damaged. One of the lights I got working again with some new fixings. Once you take into account the fees and VAT it is usually cheaper new, the delivery fee for all items is outrageous. My advice would be don't buy, even if you go to the location, things will just not work. I genuinely think this company is one for Martin Lewis, they are using the auction house approach as a loophole to get rid of junk. They are selling stuff which is broken, damaged, and worn out, with no possibility of a refund. Occasionally they mark something as missing parts, which is quite a good technique to make you think the rest of the items aren't.... All of this would be ok if they gave clear pictures and descriptions, but it is purposefully hidden and avoided. At best it is immoral...

Be aware

Poor auction house, I deal with many and this one ranks very low. Don't expect items to be complete don't expect them to work. The place flog faulty used junk. If your looking to make money or just get a lot for yourself honestly give them a wide berth. Don't listen to the BS about live chat. I've spoke to them. The company has no issues with their backhanded practices and have lost me as a customer. This isn't the nature of all auction houses as other companies I've dealt with provide superb customer service especially with faulty or damaged products. Going to edit this as some of the items I've since received have been fine. Just need to be aware of returns. And a cracked fish is still a p*ss take
