Terrible customer service Encore Estate Managing Agent confirmed that their insurance company has approved the payment for the leakage I had in my flat. I got the work done. I have been chasing them for the payment for the last 6 months and till date I never received any reply. Completely ignoring my emails but they are fast to collect the service charges etc. Very unfair consumer services. I think its the time I will have to recover the funds through county court claim. I will also be taking this matter to Housing Ombudsman. Shame on your company that you allow your employees to behave like this...

I moved into Grapnel Apartments a couple of months ago. Great apartment space and lovely people - but one of my favourite things about the apartment is concierge Jane. She’s totally amazing, very helpful and always ready to help! She has gone the extra mile multiple times and I really appreciate her!

It is a shame I can not give minus stars to this company, as it would score -5. My letter dated 7. May 2024 from my lawyer, is astonishingly still unanswered, and everyone I meet at the Albion Terrace block, speaks negatively about the quality of management. One of the hight lights, is the front garden. Decimated by failed major works (I never understood why), has been replanted with new trees. One tree was planted less than 12 inches away from a lamppost opposite my flat, while another new tree, was planted under the canopy of a fully mature tree. The tree planted adjacent to the lamp post, is now already taller than the lamppost. I wonder if management will remove the tree or lamppost first ? The depth of depravity has reached new lower limits. As readers drive along the A4 London Road, turn your heads to the right as you see a road sign..... you will only shake your heads in disbelief how someone can be so th**k ?

Very prompt and excellent response provided by Leanne G - Estate Manager for Eton Green. Any issues raised by me for the estate are looked at immediately. Leanne goes out of the way and tries her best to resolve the issue promptly. Thank you and I hope the quality of service is always the same.

Thanks to Mary in Cambridge and the team for a quick and efficient response in getting out an engineer to resolve an issue with the TV signal in our block of flat - 4 hours turnaround and problem resolved !

During the 8 years I have owned a property in The Sidings Oakham I have always found the company and in particular Kirsty Leinister the secretary to be most efficient in dealing with enquiries and responding to issues raised by myself. All matters relating to charges have been dealt with in a clear and transparent manner.
