Terrible service from Encore

Terrible service from Encore! I moved house and the sale completed in October however, I am still being harassed with emails from them about a service charge I’m no longer liable for all because their departments can’t seem to communicate with each other! Despite me contacting them and sending several emails, these have all been ignored having received another email about the service charge today (9th Jan 2025). It’s causing a lot of stress for me and this seems to be my only option to get them to sort it out!

Helen Emery, ( La Belle Heléne) Concierge at the Waterside.

I find it impossible to think of anyone who could by any stretch of the imagination be a kinder, more caring and considerate person than Helen, our Concierge at the Waterside. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she always has time to listen to residents if they have any concerns and will always be ready to help in any way she can. Her ability to manage any " tricky " situations is superb and I can safely say that without Helen " at the helm " life at the Waterside would be nowhere near as enjoyable and relaxed.

Richard Barnett a phone call away.

Richard Barnett has always been very communicative and helpful on small issues like a broken fence and advice on how to manage a turbulent previous owner of my flat. However, action counts more and on Christmas Eve, our building gate became stuck. My sister was unable to leave to pick her husband from the airport and others couldn't leave in their cars to go to work. Richard left his comfortable office and jumped the gate, tried a key...didn't work...then, left to get one from a nearby vendor. He opened the gate that allowed us access to go in and out over this Christmas period when no technician was available. Thank you very much for doing this.

Huge thank you to Richard Barnett. Our car park gate was stuck shut on christmas eve, no one could leave it was a nightmare! He went above and beyond to personally visit and find a way to let us leave and enjoy our festive break. I can't thank you enough Richard you went so far out of your way to sort this for us so very quickly.
