Grapenal Apartment is a lovely place to live. I like my new home. Concierge Becky is really helpful. I was locked inside my apartment one morning because the lock was out of order and Becky sorted this for me immediately. I reccommand this place for everyone

I am the resident living next to Grapnel Apartment. I reach out to Concierge Becky while searching for my missing parcel. To my surprise, Becky can speck my language and tried her best to help even though I am not the resident from Grapnel. She is incredibly kind and helpful. I will definitely consider moving to her building once my tenancy agreement ends.

Ever since I moved into my apartment in June 2024, Jane has gone above and beyond to make me and other residents feel comfortable in our new surroundings. She is extremely helpful, professional and clearly cares about the happiness and wellbeing of the residents - thanks to Jane I even made a new friend from my building!

Shambles !! The estate management does not get anything actually done, I have for over a year been asking for a solar light to be fixed next to my car parking space, it is extremely dark at night and it still hasn’t been, two lights were placed in carpark but not anywhere near my car parking space, we now have no intercom that can allow visitors to be buzzed in, it would seem they can buzz up only, once again electrical fault that does not warrant actually spending money to be fixed, this electrical fault has been there from the beginning as our main front door never closed automatically and had to be closed by resident, many residents have complained about all issues to be told regularly they were not aware or it was only just brought to there attention, or either that an agreement was in place that lighting/intercom would be looked at !!! We were promised ANPR a year ago Nothing . Surely residents safety and security SHOULD be s priority.

I absolutely love my apartment and how spacious it is, a big part of my positive experience is thanks to Jane, our wonderful concierge. She truly makes this place feel like home with her warmth, professionalism, and consistently going above and beyond to help with anything I need. Whether it’s handling deliveries, helping with maintenance requests, or simply greeting residents with a friendly smile, Jane is always there, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the community. The only downside is the parking situation, which could definitely be improved, and unfortunately, I’ve found some of the other staff members to be less helpful. However, Jane more than makes up for it with her exceptional service and dedication. She’s truly a gem!

First time I used PLACES App to report an issue, which was quite major - water ingress which had damaged internal plaster. The building Manager - Mohammed Rahman responded same day and sent a contractor in to inspect the damage, all work completed within a week and a request for me to monitor the issue in case there is a recurrence. Excellent customer service, very polite and helpful Manager. a great experience. I wish my other building management company were this attentive and responsive!

We are so lucky at Admiralty Quarter to have Mohammed. I have been in contact with him closely during the past 5 years owing to my own personal situation and to say that he has been sensational during that time is an understatement. Mohammed is a person that "breathes" this place. He cares about the residents living here deeply and constantly goes above and beyond to help those who may be in need. In my own personal situation, he has constantly reached out to reassure me (always with a smile and with good humour to build my confidence) and I note that not only has he phoned me directly out of office hours to give me updates but he knew that as a person on my own with some moderate stress, he popped round on occasion just to ask how I am. Mohammed is a lovely gentleman who does a fantastic job and he should be recognised for all he does. Thank you, Mohammed. Not just for helping me in my situation but for everything you do. It is so, so appreciated.
