The site manager of Admiraty Quarter, Mohammed Rahman, is absolutely delightful with deal with. He is approachable, efficient and easy to get hold of. Work done as specified and to a good standard. highly recommended.

I am a Landlord of an apartment at Admiralty Quarter, Portsmouth and I cannot say how relieved and happy I am to have Mohammed Rahman as the Building Manager for Encore Estates. I am confident that he always gives his best attention when I need to contact him from time to time. He has been invaluable when my tenant has been away and contractors have needed to access the property. He has diligently been on hand to ease their access and accompany them in mine or the tenant's place. Always polite: always professional. Thanks to Mohammed I feel that the property and the buildings are being looked after well and anything untoward dealt with straight away. I have recently needed his help regarding the fire alarms and like always, an easy and pleasant experience.

Admiralty Quarter - Mohammed As a contractor we carry out a lot of work at the AQ site for Encore & residents alike. What an asset Mo is, he makes our working there so much easier. He is also always polite,friendly & nothing is too much trouble for him. He is an absolute star.

Mohammed Rahman is an absolute asset to the leaseholders (and tenants) of Admiralty Quarter! He is approachable, trustworthy and helpful. He is proactive on safety and maintenance issues; I've left keys with Mo for work to be done (e.g. on smoke detectors) in my absence. He's ready to stop what he's doing to listen to our issues, and is also very supportive on the ongoing cladding remediation issues, (which the original builders may one day act upon...). I don't actually know if he's employed by Encore Estates or contracted by them, but he's certainly valued and appreciated by the owners and tenants in Admiralty Quarter!
