Mohammed and the team at AQ are great in every way. I work on site so always feel comfortable being able to approach Mohammed for supplies etc. He represents Encore really well and I want to say a great thank you to him and the concierge.

As a new resident at King Edward VII Estate we have found Sean the concierge to be extremely helpful. He knows and understands all of the Estate's systems and policies and as new tenants he has been a great help in assisting us in finding our our way round the estate.
