I was told on the order I would receive a free pair of wheels and bearings even in the picture of my items it displayed a set of black wheels to be delivered along with my spitfire wheels but never arrived very disappointed kid I have and a very misleading order description.

I ordered an bag from skatepro and returned it for a refund. They never issued a refund back to my credit card and insinuated that I was lying and had received the refund. As it stands almost three months from my order, I have no bag and no refund and it seems they have given up on supporting me. Could be considered theft.

I can't rate skate pro highly enough, I have bought multiple products based on their advice, which is always well thought out and balanced, the best product for me rather than the most expensive product they stock. I am a huge fan!
