Eine absolute Katastrophe. Ich habe ein Iphone 8 in neuwertigen Zustand gekauft. Nach 10 Monaten ging er Kaputt. Jetzt liegt es seit zwei Wochen da und die sind nicht in der lage es zu ersetzen. Wie lange soll es so gehen?

I bought a refurbished iPhone SE 2020 from these guys a couple of days ago. There were some delays in the delivery, but I wasn't in a rush to get my package as long as it was in the condition described. So far I've not noticed anything out of the ordinary. The phone seems to be working as intended and there were no scratches or scrapes on either the back or the screen itself. The battery health maximum capacity, however, shows as 88% - the condition of the phone on their site was labelled as "Like New". I know batteries cannot be changed without the proper tools or knowledge by the common man, but this is a company which specializes in the subject. If I could've chosen to get a completely new battery with my purchase, I would gladly have paid a couple more bucks for this. I believe I looked all I could for such an option, but I didn't find anything. The packaging was also good and compact with a fun little slogan on it as well. Alas, I am happy with my purchase and these people seem trustworthy to me. Make of it what you will.

Segni esteriori di usura evidente, cambio batteria con non originale e prontamente segnalata da IOS, chiusura del telefono dopo cambio batteria raffazzonato. Pessimi, MAI PIU. è la seconda volta che prendo una sola con Refurbed, la prima volta hanno risolto questa volta avevo urgenza del telefono per rimandarlo in Olanda visto che hanno impiegato una settimana per consegnare

Waitiung for weeks to get my phone repaired - nothing! iPhone I bought from them swoll, then burst. Replaced it with the wrong phone. Told me to send it back to get mine - which is waiting. Now that I did, I'm told they are working on a replacement only now.
