Fabulous Cabin! It's one of my favorites! Super clean and private. 5 stars

Patio BBQ and heat lamps were not checked for propane or if they were working Staff came out, brought propane tank for BBQ but Heat lamp was unable to be fixed, Otherwise, great experience, beautiful lodge and views !! Would definitely rent again

Very clean and cute cabin. Literally a 2 minute walk to The Village. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will hopefully return to this same cabin in the future - it was perfect for us.

The experience was awesome. The cabin was clean and very specious. It was only about 5 to 15 minutes from the zoo, lake, village and slope which made it very convenient. It had pretty much everything. Board games, jacuzzi, bbq grill and fire pit. Customer service was very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this company for my future bookings.

The staff was very responsive to requests and concerns, my family and I had a wonderful stay.

The reservations, the check in, and check out were effortless. We really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The cabin was just right for the two of us and our puppy.

The Cabin was beautiful, clean, cozy, and fully stocked and furnished! I took my girlfriend with me and this was her first experience to Big Bear and she loved the cabin experience! The Cool Cabin staff were amazing! I have used Cool Cabins twice now and there will be a third time in the future! Keep up the great work!

Reservation, check-in, check-out procedures were all clear and easy to follow. Rental was clean and immaculate as described. There were a lot of stairs which we weren't ready for but easily adjusted to. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming back.

The cabin itself was great. The location on the lake was great. The neighbors were nice and friendly. The check in check out process was really easy. However, house keeping needs a lot of work. While the expectation of taking our own trash to specified location was alright with us as we are pack in pack out dispersed style campers, the unexpected find of the previous guests female panties in the bedroom is really unacceptable and would be reason for 1 star. The rest of a great experience is what saved the review. Could have been 5 stars
