Great location, fast internet, comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with all tools and appliances that we needed. The outdoor space was pleasant and perfect for our dog. Had a great stay!

Everything was amazing!! The neighborhood was peaceful & very close to shops and restaurants. The lake view was beautiful!

The cabin is comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Good location, close to the lake. King bed was very good and master bedroom has enough space. The master bedroom doesn't have it's own bathroom then you need to go downstairs at night. When asking for help or instructions by email the support was bare and not clear. Also the instructions in the application could be better, like having all the instructions there step by step.

The cabin was so cute and cozy and we loved how close we were to the village. We found nice places to eat and shop and fun activities near by.

Making a reservation while software was being changed was a little bit of a pain. Our card was charged too early and had to be refunded. We were charged incorrect amounts and had to be refunded. We never received the paperwork to sign and show our reservation. I called over a month later to make sure we had a reservation and they saw that it wasn't sent to us. I did all of the paperwork online including sending photos of credit card and driver license and then had to do all of it a second time. I received a text telling me to buy travel insurance and I had already purchased it. Seemed a little unorganized this year compared to previous years. Also received the wrong code to unlock the cabin. Someone had to come out and give us the correct code.

Barbara with Big Bear Cool Cabins (If you are lucky enough to talk with her) is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. She answers every question and/or resources to get you an answer in a timely manner. Our client recently purchased an existing vacation rental with BB Cool Cabins and she made the process to transfer our client into their system so easy that by the time escrow closed our client was up and running the following week!
