This was a last minute reservation and Cool Cabins was super responsive and very helpful in making it happen. It was the first time I booked through them and they addressed all of my concerns and questions and provided a seamless process. The cabin was as advertised and worked perfect for our trip. We chose not do any add-ons bc they are expensive and you can grab all that yourself. It snowed while we were there and service came out the next morning and cleared the driveway, big bonus!

House was clean and extremely well stocked. Didn’t need to bring anything for the house. Fuse did blow a couple times, but you always responded quickly. Would have been nice not to pay an extra $65 for 2 hours later check out, when the place was not rented for the day we were leaving. The price I paid should have been enough to justify a courtesy late check out at no extra cost. Overall, was a lot of fun for my family and we were happy with our stay.

Quick and easy response to all questions and requests.

Everything was nice, the kitchen was very well equipped. The only bad thing was the blankets of the beds were dirty and dusty. The floor was very dusty and with mice droppings. Inside the oven there was some food leftovers.

Checkin and out went smoothly. Communication was excellent.

Cabin was great! Great location, fireplace & hot tub were very nice to have. Dryer was broken which was a bit of a bummer but everything dried out by the fire so all good. The little market at end of street has everything you need, very convenient! One note - the door key lock box is on the porch across from the entry - not the one you see on the gate as you walk up. One thing for BBCC to consider - emailing ID and credit card info isn't a secure transaction method. Need to get a better system in place....

Cute cozy warm cabin close to the village, has everything you need!

This is a wonderful cabin. It’s literally a 3min walk to chair 2. It’s has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen is well appointed. Plenty of utensil and appliances, and the bathrooms come with plenty of towels and tissue. The jacuzzi was on and hot ready for our arrival. So good!! I only wish the beds had fitted sheets. Instead it was a too small flat sheet on the bottom which makes sleeping on it a bit uncomfortable coz it shifts around like a rag. Other than that it’s a perfect spot. Oh ATTENTION DOG OWNERS - I found out from one of the ladies who works In the office that the pathways of the complex are often used by coyotes, a local mountain lion and a local bear. I was told the clever coyotes lay in wait under the decks and patios waiting for people to walk by with the pets. She told me some of them have gotten a taste for domestic dog. Horrifying. Please keep a wary eye as you go and always keep your dog on a leash. Maybe take a ski pole with you when you take them out to pee. Just saying. Better to know this before you get there and the worst happens
