We have never had a bad stay in 6 years of using cool cabins

Description of the residence was misleading. The wording of the property along with the rental amount makes the renter thinking the property is something it’s not.

I lived on the Mountain for 31 plus years and the Rincon Cabins yard was great for my service animal and you felt like you were in the woods. The cabin could use a bathroom downstairs, lower chairs to fit the kitchen table and curtains that fit the windows as well as a more comfortable queen size mattress in the main bedroom. Other than that it was a great stay. The staff was friendly over the phone and answered all of my questions. I would definitely stay again.

This cabin was big enough for all six of us and had plenty of activities to keep both the kids and adults occupied, while we weren't skiing. The kids loved learning to play pool! We hope to stay here again in the future.

Very good and cozy

Cabin was perfectly sized for us, and had the right atmosphere. The only issue we had was there wasn't any internet run to router so the wifi didn't work, but we just used mobile hotspots. Other than that, the cabin had everything we needed to create shared memories.

This cabin was great. It had a hot tub and foosball table. Our family really enjoyed our stay here. We got a foot of snow overnight and enjoyed making our own 200 foot sled run next to the cabin. It was nice to come in and use the gas fireplace after playing in the snow.

During our stay the power had went out due to weather conditions. After finding out the power would not be restored in due time. Coil cabins was decent enough to relocate us to a new cabin, which was a way better choice than the one that we had previously chosen.

I have used Big Bear for a few years. I’ve rented 9 different cabins and have not been disappointed at all

It was my first time using Big Bear Cool Cabins and it was a great experience and them offering pet friendly options was a huge plus! I loved the options and I really enjoyed my whole stay the cabin was great, better than expected. I happened to be in the area a little earlier than expected and they were able to accommodate a early check in with no problems. I will be booking again in the near future.
