It was a really nice cabin

The cabin rental was smooth and the response time to receive help was very quick and efficient.

It was a mixed bag. We really loved the location, but there were a few things that just need to be addressed for us to use that cabin again. The TV needed some fiddling to get to work, ALL the beds were really beat up. Our kids opted to sleep on the couches. The water heater only supplied enough water for a 3min shower for one person. The hot tub never got hot enough. Other than that, it was great.

It was a great spot for myself and 2 relatives. We enjoyed the hot tub being on already and ready for use. Easy check in and check out. Close to lots of food spots and big bear snowplay. We enjoyed it!

Excellent spot to enjoy the snow with the family. Well kept with a nice sized lot for the little ones to play. Just outside the town so very peaceful but close enough to get supplies you need in 5-10 minutes. Definitely recommend!

We liked the property, location and amenities. One item I suggest remedy is the lockbox location. The lockbox location on the arrival instructions was not accurate. The box was in a different location and buried under 4 ft of snow. I looked for the box and shoveled snow for about 45 mins. The box was frozen and had a really hard time to open. I am a Realtor and open boxes all the time. A regular person would not be able to get in without assistance. I suggest the box to be relocated to an area away from snowfall.

We had a very nice time. I liked that we could go straight to the cabin and get settled. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. My family had a lot of fun, we will definitely come back!

The location was great, but the cabin was very funky. Stair railing rickety. Game room too cold to play games in. Bathrooms on different floor from bedrooms. Walkway and driveway full of snow and ice on our arrival. There were lots of blankets- that was nice
