Was an updated, awesome and cool cabin! Great location and will definitely rent again!

I already submitted a fairly lengthy review. Cabin was very nice. But many things lacking: 1) No lighter/matches so couldn't use fireplace 2) No wine glasses 3) No cookie sheet 4) No kitchen knives except for a giant meat cleaver 5) Kitchen very underequipped 6) Pool table could not be used as it was in an unheated garage. We paid for what was advertised, but much of what was advertised could not be used (fireplace, pool table, basic cooking in kitchen.)

The cabin was great! Kitchen was pretty well stocked with just about everything you need!

The house great. The management company did a good job of taking care of us.

The cabin was in a great location, short distance from the Village shops and restaurants. The cabin itself was cozy and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed staying there. The only thing that could have been done before our arrival was the removal of snow and ice from the porch and roof. Had to use the shovel and knock away ice and snow that was close to falling off onto the deck.

Wouldn’t use them again. They messaged me through air bnb and told me they’d be able to refer other options.. Requested something within walking distance to village, they couldn’t share address prior to booking, trusted them.. 1 hour walk. 15 minute drive.. filthy. Went back and forth with 3 different agents who kept calling me requesting more and more information from me after having me fill out an online form and complete payment. Then when payment was submitted and taken, I was told room wouldn’t be ready until later that night due to needing to clean. Why offer a room that isn’t ready? When website and ads they sent me said checkin after 4pm? Agent told me it was my fault for choosing that cabin… what?! Cabin was nothing like photos. Was soo dirty yet someone attempted to clean because a dirty mop was left in the living room. Didn’t sleep in beds. Spiders and bugs all over. Just gross experience overall. Customer service was so bad getting the cabin, I didn’t even bother complaining to them. Just over them, until they sent me this reminder to review a week later.

The cabin lacked thorough cleanliness; we promptly requested replacement of soiled towels. The dryer was non-operational, and we had to clean bathroom floors due to previous guest hair. The upstairs bathroom sink was also clogged. Disappointing given the expense of a two-night stay and cleaning charges.

Very cozy cabin! Fireplace and hot tub kept us warm, comfortable memory foam bed, all around positive experience. My one complaint is that there is a HUGE pothole right outside the driveway. I realize this is probably technically off the property. However when it was icey once morning we nearly slid into it. Management might want to take a look at that.

There is one thing that I would like for you guys to keep in mind, I love to watch Tv. laying on my bed, but there"s only one in the master bedroom but none in the other two. Other than that, everything was great.

Great cabin, rooms and beds were comfortable. Game room was fun, foosball and pool table was cool. Check in and check out process was easy. Will definitely book again!
