We stayed The Weekend. Easy check in to access keys . Walking distance to snow play was perfect for us Only dislike not enough towels, sofa couch not comfortable there was addition futton in the closet but unfortunately it was full of what seemed like pet hair Aside from that it was great ! We were missing toilet paper but house keep came and brought some. Great neighborhood!

my family and i had a memorable experience …the office was attentive to our request when we needed particular items …the only down fall was how much snow we had to shovel out ourselves when we arrived yet we still couldn’t enjoy the balcony and pit fire … other places where we have stayed with lots of snow, the concierge would have the snow shoveled off the outside sitting prior to our arrival as to enjoy all that was promised and payed for … the bbq was very filthy with lots of old stale food that we had to clean thoroughly in order to cook…and we had to unbury the propane tank to utilize for the bbq…all that was unexpected and disappointing since we paid to relax …the hot tub was nice and the surroundings …

The location was the best and easy communication from the company was great!

Everything was great. The property was clean and had pretty much everything you needed. In my opinion, there were two issues: first, the parking situation, as other cars were parked in front of the property, and second, the checkout time, which was at 10:00 am, and required you to clean up the house as when you arrived.
