I ordered my heating pad on Friday afternoon and received it Monday afternoon. The heating pad itself is brilliant. As I use it primarily for arthritis in my neck, I love how flat it is and that you don't feel the inner workings that generate the heat. I'm also very impressed with how quickly it reaches optimum heat. It's miles ahead of my old heating pad. Brilliant product and brilliant service.

Optomo staff answered my questions promptly though I did think that I might have been "encouraged" to spend on a more expensive model AquaJogger than the basic model which suits me fine. Product was delivered in record-fast time and I suppose that accounts for the high price of the AquaJogger itself. The AquaJogger, while being an excellent product which will benefit me greatly, is made from a few dollars worth of material. I suppose if more of these were sold, the price would come down; as it stands, it's a good exercise aid at a premium mark-up for it's designers, makers and sellers. Optomo can't be blamed for getting what it can $-wise from this item as they are delivering the goods when no one else in Australia does.
