As I opened this package, part of the press stud which holds the cover on, fell out. When I checked it, there seems to be no way it can be replaced on the cover so the cover will work its way off if it is used. I work at Latrobe Regional Hospital (situated between Morwell and Traralgon) and only come home on weekends to receive mail, deal with home and business matters etc. So I haven't worked out how to return this item. Would love some help with this.

Well made and comfortable to wear. I have been using similar style braces that were sourced from the USA as I could not find a suitable brace in Australia until I came across the DeRoyal pro sport that I find are a far superior brace in quality and comfort. Optomo staff were helpful whenever I contacted them and gave a full refund on a return when I had difficulty trying to work out the correct size brace for my knee which I might add was not a fault with their sizing chart or video but due to the deformity of my knee through injury.

I find the web-site easy to browse and placing an order is hassle free. Goods are delivered super fast and are as described on said web-site, I have no hesitation in recommending them for the items needed to help you stay fit or well.

My ordered was delay more than a week. I was waiting for the good to go to use at overseas trip so the good arrived after I left for my trip. I am very disappointed about the delay. To date I am not use the good yet as I am overseas.
