Well when I first got my pillows I thought ouch I have just wasted a lot of money. I bought a pillow for myself that is a side sleeper and a back sleeper, my husband[ I tell him I bought it for him] But really as he is a truck driver who does very long hours when he is home he snores very,very loudly Icouldn't sleep I have to poke ,kick and then I resorted to putting my hand over his face which gave me a laugh but scared the crap out of him. So first night of trying our pillows was hard I couldn't use it the whole night felt very grumpy that I wasted my money hubby preserved and straight away his snoring was quieter and not a lot . My pillow I'm now used to I bought it in desperation for my migraines I also have a bad neck so these pillows have and are great. Just make sure you stick with it once you are used to them and the pillow softens a little you'll be happy . Cheers Liza
