Optomo's service from order to delivery is simple and speedy. We had our aquajogger in 2 working days. Also very helpful when I rang with an enquiry prior to order. Only issue I had was that in the table that guides customers as to the appropriate aquajogger to order, the box I required (ie tall, athletic build) was empty so needed to call to clarify. Otherwise, no problems whatsoever.

The shoulder brace was really easy to order online, the quick service for postage was even better, I had the shoulder brace sent from Aussie to France which took just over a week.... a very much needed item, thank you.

I use the heat packs, recommended by my physio,, HOTTEEZE. They are simply amazingly fantastic I have a chronic back problem, and we travel extensively. The heat packs can be worn under clothing will no bad consequences - I have even been able to get thru the airport drug and bomb checks with no problem. I cannot say enough good things about the product, I am super-impressed. Delivery is always prompt, as I order online, and always reliable Well done Optomo - you guys are the best!
