I called focused tech to find a projection screen that had been sold out everywhere for quite some time. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. In fact, when he told me that the specific item wasn't available, he let me know that a nicer version was available and the price was cheaper than what I was going to pay on other websites. The screen has been great so far. Only minor complaint is that the frame is advertised as all aluminum, which it is. But the fasteners are not. I left it out overnight and found some rust at these locations.

Very happy everything was delivered as it was supposed to be. We did not open the products yet as our condo is still under construction so we can’t say how the product worked but as far as service, customer service and delivery I will give them five stars

I could not be more pleased with Focused Technology. Without going into the details I can tell you they went above and beyond (pardon the cliché) to help me get the equipment I was looking for. My prospects did not look good for availability but they told me there was one thing they could try. They tried, they succeeded and I received what I was looking for in short order. I will not hesitate to commend their customer service crew and suggest to you that if you think they might be worth a look, I say do it. They knocked it out of the park for me. My only complaint was that my item was on back order and this was not reflected when I ordered it. Not sure why express shipping is offered for an item that wasn't due to be back in stock for three months. When my shipping details were not updated I called and that is when I was told the item was on back order. This should have been noted at the time of purchase but instead the item was listed as available. That is why four stars instead of five. However, the company was very courteous and professional and when the item did arrive I was very pleased with it.

So happy to have found this company! I was desperately looking for a large outdoor screen to watch my daughters virtual graduation during COVID. It was sold out everywhere. They had it, even went the extra mile to make sure it would arrive in time. It arrived faster than I expected, at a very good price and we had a great time viewing the graduation with our immediate family, safely distancing, outside. :) Highly recommended!

Everyone loves taking their temperature upon arrival to our building. We are a very active beach community and monitor temperatures of all Visitors, Delivery people, Realtors, Cleaning personnel, Service Providers. The Thermometer works so easy and we don't have to get close to people to see their temperature reading. People like it so much that they are buying the unit for their businesses.

Product was great. However I paid extra for rapid shipping & product did not arrive until after the given date range for standard shipping.

Like the adjust ability of the unit. It can be a bit shaky when in the standing mode. Installation fairly straight forwardf.

Order shipped to wrong address. Had an old address on our account. I had given them the new address, but apparently it was over looked.

They have a client first approach to their work. We experienced great customer service and a solution focused salesperson that makes them super easy to work work with. Focused Technology is on the top of our short list for projection gear.
