We have used Da-Lite screens (6'x8') for decades in our open air ministry around the world. Crowds of up to 1000 watch the film on JESUS in primitive areas. Darren gives us excellent service here in the US.

I requested a quote for an order of a few thousand dollars worth of equipment. Sales rep failed to respond with quote. Also, I contacted customer service with a question about some of the equipment and capabilities and after being transferred from one rude person to another, I decided to buy from another company. I would not recommend this company for anything to anyone.

The screen is and works as described. It takes a few days for the new smell to 'air out', just a heads-up if you have a sensitive nose. Due to size, this economy screen is too large for UPS and must be shipped by truck. S&H on this item had to be exorbitant. IIRC, this screen did not arrive at my doorstep exactly on time but that is understandable considering the trouble and cost Focused Technology must have gone through in getting this large screen delivered to my very rural address. Thumbs up to Focused Technology for doing whatever it takes in getting the product to the customer.
