First time ordering from Nova Blooms. Plants arrived in full bloom with some closed buds. Leaves look healthy. All in all, very happy with my purchase and so I highly recommend!!

Nova Blooms helped us throughout first lockdown by supplying us with fresh fruit and vegetables during a time when we had to self shield and had no other means of shopping. Since that time whenever we want to send flowers, we remain loyal, also due to the fact that whatever we order, everything is always top quality. Nova Blooms are professional and helpful.

Ordered a week before Mother’s Day and requested Friday delivery, received no dispatch email but when I clicked ‘view my order’ from the confirmation email saw a yodel link in the Thursday. This continued to say ‘your parcel will be with us soon’. Called on the Friday and was told if nothing comes on Saturday to let them know - they are closed at the weekend so this wasn’t helpful to get it resolved for Mother’s Day. Yodel said to contact the sender as they didn’t have it, Novablooms said yodel have lost it. Ended up having to get a refund and buying my mum a belated Mother’s Day orchid elsewhere. Very disappointing.
