Quick delivery, very healthy plant. Extremely pleased 😁

As a first time buyer I was very happy with the service. Beautiful, healthy and unusual orchids. The orchid was carefully packaged and arrived sooner than I expected. I would happily recommend Nova Blooms to my family and friends and will use them in the future again.

I ordered three orchids Two for my daughters and one for myself in memory of my beloved husband and father to my daughters . I was so pleased with the orchids plus the efficient staff and delivery. I will always use them in future.

Order placed in plenty of time to have the flowers delivered to my elderly mother prior to Mother’s Day. One week after the promised delivery date, nothing had arrived. When I discovered this I contacted them immediately. To their credit, they replied immediately - explained that the fault lay with their courier, Yodel - and arranged for a new pair of plants to be delivered the following day. My mother was delighted by the plants, which were well-packaged, very healthy, and a vibrant coral colour. NovaBlooms certainly made amends and their orchids were beautiful. For quality of products - and customer service after the event, I would award them a full 5 stars. But, whilst it is possible that the pandemic contributed to the postage mishap, I was sorely disappointed that no-one had bothered to reach out to let me know that the order had gone missing in transit and would not arrive on time - or even at all without my intervention. All I received was a request to review their service on Trustpilot! For the mixed overall experience, therefore, I can only award half of what the product itself would have merited.

The flowers were just as pictured and came fresh and well packed on the day chosen

2 orchids for Mother’s Day, one was unavailable but I was Called and arranged a suitable replacement but were well received by both mum and mum in law both were over the moon

The orchid that I bought was delivered on time, was well protected and (from a photo I was sent) matched up well to the photo online.

Delivery on promised day. Flowers were lovely well packaged with lots of unopened buds.

My Mother’s Day flowers didn’t arrive on time and got lost in the system at Yodel, although Nova Blooms were really good at sorting the problem and sent a new orchid and kept me up-to-date and I was able to track the delivery OK. I received a discount off a future order which didn’t help me because it has to be used this month and I have no more flowers to send until June, so I still feel slightly let down paying for a service that I didn’t quite receive.
