I’m having the same issue as a few others by parcel has been stuck in transit for a while. The only update it shows it that is has been departed. I’m not sure whether there’s a problem or it’s just taking longer than usual. I have emailed but haven’t got a response back. Tracking number is GER6960GB60824732201 Although there was an issue with the logistics of my order after emailing the retailer, they managed to sort out the problem and I got my parcel within a couple days!!

Update So one parcel finally made it to the UK, but why is my other parcel still stuck at the Fontana processing center since the 11th November? Tracking number: DOL0800US40536389001 Awful shipping company, have had 2 parcels stuck at the Fontana processing center for 2 weeks now, even though one of them was supposed to be delivered on the 19th November, the parcels haven’t even left the US yet! Don’t be surprised if your parcels never arrive if they’re shipped with this carrier.

Hello I did an order on the 16th of november the n. is 347045944 and it still hasn't left the uk. I didn't receive any email but it said they would ship it on the 17th. I don't think my stuff has even left the storage yet. Is it possible to check where it is and to change the shipping address?
