Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ihr habt einen unfähigen Kundenservice. Seit mehreren Wochen versuche ich mit Euch Kontakt aufzunehmen und ihr antwortet nicht auf Emails, geschweige denn auf Anrufe (alle angegebenen Telefonnummern sind nicht erreichbar). Es wäre wirklich hilfreich, wenn Ihr unfähigen Mitarbeiter es hinbekommen würdet eine anständige Kontaktadressen zu hinterlassen. Es wäre schön, wenn Ihr eine Email Adresse beziehungsweise eine Telefonnummer angeben könntet, damit man sich mit einem Mitarbeiter in Verbindung setzen kann.

L’indirizzo continua ad essere riscritto male, pacchi rispediti indietro.

Per la seconda volta il mio ordine rischia di essere mandato indietro perché il mio indirizzo risulta inesistente, nonostante io lo abbia inserito correttamente. Impossibile comunicare con GLS. Il mio pacco è fermo a pochissimi km da me ma probabilmente non lo riceverò mai. Pessima esperienza. Il tracking dell’ordine è BEA5532GB00200305901 Per favore almeno stavolta rispondete!

Failed Delivery twice and no carrier name

Hi, My parcel from US got to France and failed in delivery twice while there was someone present at the address. The tracking app said to contact the carrier but there was no card left in my mail box and I couldn’t figure out the carrier in charge either from the P2P or aftership app. Trying to call the P2P customer service by phone or email and indeed nothing worked. I finally got a notice from the French post later and got my parcel... a long way to get to know which carrier is in charge, it would be really appreciated if you make more efforts on your app to let people know who carries packages.

My package is due tomorrow and since I placed the order there has been no tracking Available?
