WHERE IS MY PACKAGE???

Hi P2P, I’m wondering where my package is. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday and the tracking has not been updated since March 23.... still says it’s in Basildon. This is ridiculous. Where is my package and why is the website not updating? FIC Tracking Number: BOO0611GB00355266901 Tracking Number: 74890322634758965889 EDIT: I called the retailer and they couldn’t help me, they told me to contact the carrier again. So P2P, I would really appreciate it if you could help me figure out where my package is and an estimated day it will be delivered! Please raise an investigation and give me estimated time.

No tracking updates. Where's my parcel?

I paid for 48 hour UK delivery but my parcel has been sitting in your Basildon process centre since Monday. I have contacted my retailer directly who say that you have passed my parcel onto Hermes. Hermes are saying that's not the case and that they don't have it yet. My tracking info is still saying my parcel is stuck at your process centre and has been there since 29th March, so where exactly is my package? My tracking numbers are PRO1081GB00012997901 and 5832685816373881. Also tried contacting the centre directly by phone but it says number not avaliable. Trying to get any help from this company has been terrible. Edit - My review does say that I have tried to reach you by phone also. If my package left your warehouse two days ago why does the tracking say it is still there? And why are the carrier you were meant to pass it onto saying that they don't have it? This package was meant to arrive yesterday. And yes, I have reached out to the retailer. Another edit - I've spoken to the retailer and they tell me that you have not passed my package on to the next carrier. Either you still have it or it's left your warehouse and you've passed it on. Which is it?

No information about parcel

No information about parcel. My parcels track doesnt update in a week. You are the courier who took over the delivery of my parcel. And you have not delivered it tet. My parcels track doesnt update from 23 March SITE SCAN 217 VENLO, 5928, NL Its been stuck at Venlo , Nl from 23th of march ,more than a week. .. please kindly update me on my package Can you do anything with it?
