The worst!!

My parcel hasn’t even left it’s origin country and was due to be delivered 3 days ago. Checked this morning and still no update since site scan at Venlo >:( Will avoid companies using P2P in future!!!!

Vorrei sapere che fine ha fatto il mio…

Dopo una recensione negativa la aggiorno per il servizio clienti che risponde molto velocemente. è bastato aspettare qualche giorno in più per ricevere il pacco, 7 giorni lavorativi dopo la spedizione è arrivato alla sede GLS. Unica nota negativa è il tracking non aggiornato dopo il "site scan" a Venlo.

WHERE ARE MY PARCELS?

31/03/21 Update: Still nothing from either P2P or Prodirect. There has been no update on the tracking for 16 days. Tracking says it has cleared customs and and is ready for export. Last communication I got from Prodirect was that it was with customs and they can't speed up the process. WHERE ARE MY ORDERS? 29/03/21 Update: Which part are you not understanding? THE RETAILER REFUSES TO HELP. Why would I keep contacting them? YOUR company has my parcels. As of right now there is still no update as to where they are. WHERE ARE MY PARCELS? Update: Your customer service team is useless and has offered no resolution. They have basically told me that the parcel is lost but they aren't going to tell me, they will tell the retailer. THE RETAILER REFUSES TO HELP ME TO AVOID HAVING TO REPLACE OR REFUND THE ORDER. WHERE ARE MY ORDERS?
