CSM - in cahoots with slum landlords and more besides
If you look at the surnames of some of the individuals giving praise to this dishonest outfit you will discern that they are coming from slum landlords involved in Houses in Multiple Occupancy (HMOs). The developers and these outfits like CSM are one and the same; the powers that be need to clamp down on them, fine them so much that when a dishonest outfit like CSM decides to cut corners it becomes clear financially and legally it is not worth their while to and instead just do their job. CSM is a mendacious outfit and breaks a lot of rules, laws, lease terms and regulations when it comes to managing "your" property. One surname that springs to mind is Boyle a probable relation here methinks to the former SDLP councillor to wit Declan Boyle that helped turn the Holylands in Belfast into a large slum neighbourhood. It appears CSM is a nexus for slum landlords, CSM's reputation just keeps getting better and better!

Management Co Charge
This company are looking to charge almost 5k in advance for a roof which has nothing wrong with it and won't start work for at least 4 years ! Can I be bullied into paying this if I'm struggling to afford it ? This on the back on 2 k for other repairs in last couple of years. This is all aside of the normal management fees they charge. Can they enforce this on the owners or do we have any rights given I have a roof that is giving no issues at this time or previously.

I wouldn't even describe CSM as a company. They are a cruel, ruthless organization. Don't manage their property grounds and encourage the residents to leave their dirty bins off their property blocking elderly and a disabled person in by putting their bins outside other people's gates. Threatening landlords, and intimating letters not to touch their bins. All because they don't want their bins on their own property. Disgusting bins as well as attitudes.

I’m annoyed the fact I have to give them a 1 star as CSM don’t even deserve it tbh. From the day and hour we bought our home they have been a shambles. Calling them alone shows their lack of interest as it’s just pay up or we take u to court. I’ve paid for a fallen fence to be repaired months ago and still nothing. Asked for money back and told no. Thankfully we are moving and even made sure this company have nothing to do with our new house as they should be wearing masks. Resist me folks do ur best to avoid anything to do with this mess. Government needs to close companies like this for good as they see themselves as scam artists. Roll on our move as il never have to dealt with this clan of muppets ever again

There is obviously a lot of fake reviews on here so the negative real reviews are not highlighted. There appears to be a very high staff turnover in this company. There is a lot of mistakes in the accounts department. They charge £25 for a credit control letter and try to inform you the bill is not paid when it is. There is supposed to AGM for residents. It may happen only every 2 or 3 years. As costs increase there is a deficit and you have to pay balancing charges for previous years. It is hard to speak to staff via telephone as they are always unavailable. A very unprofessional company -

I have dealt with CSM Property Management several times on two properties I own. Recently had a small issue with a neighbouring property and Laura in particular was very helpful. The issue was sorted quickly and efficiently, she even checked in a few weeks later to see if there had been any follow up issues. I definitely feel she went the extra mile and it's greatly appreciated!

Problem with communal Sky sorted same day. Reported a problem to the CSM helpline about a satelite signal failure, engineer was out that evening and identified that the communal box had burned out. Super quick service.
