We recently moved our managing agent to CSM and since day one Lisa, Laura and team have made huge strides to get the development back on track. Correspondence is quick, and issues are dealt with speed and efficiency. The quality of resources and contractors available via CSM is fantastic. Extremely pleased with the operation of CSM and have full trust in CSM's abilities to manage the complex.

CSM have been straightforward to deal with, email replies are timely and most issues are resolved quickly. Any of the team I have spoken to or corresponded with have been very pleasant. There was one issue last year with an incorrect additional charge to my account but the matter was sorted by CSM with minimal involvement from me.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Lee Magill who acted very professional in helping resolve an issue which I raised. Lee wasted no time in getting back to me and his customee service was second to none. Would highly reccomend this company as a whole !

Dealt with Lee the other day as I had a query that I wasn’t too sure about and he was brilliant! Went above and beyond to help me with the issue, great lad!

Just another review mainly as I received another invoice from this shambles of a company asking for more money for some extra grass cutting when they have released 100’s of extra houses this year and are clearly raking it in from Al the additional charges . Also can’t stand the fact half these reviews are fake..please if you are buying a new build look into if CSM are the management company and reconsider purchasing.

Don’t reply to emails no one ever responds send bills with charges for god knows what and can’t provide any evidence of where the money goes

CSM looks after our 2 Apartment blocks with care and due diligence. The staff are both helpful and courteous when dealing with the people of the Apartments and all problems that happen over the course of a year
