It took longer than the 8 working days but not by that much longer does given the current Covid circumstances it is understandable. Overall happy with purchase.

I placed my order on Dec 12th my order has NOT arrived yet! We are feb 6th today. I emailed customer service several times and they keep on saying to be patient the package is on its way! They refuse to reimburse me even if the tracking has not been updated since dec 21st. I will probably never receive this package!! I will never order from them again! Bad customer service and I lost over 150$ ! This company is a scam!

I am in New Zealand and order from Cosmetics Now probably monthly for discontinued and out of stock make up things I want. They are great and legit, I’ve never had any problems 👍🏼

I dont recommend this company. It took 27 days for my product to arrive. I had 3 email correspondance with them about when my product would be delivered and I kept getting '5 days' from order with no accountability. I gave up after 25 days and purchased the same product elsewhere. When it finally turned up I had to have a further 2 emails about why I was returning. I gave up in the end. Never again!
