beautiful product but delivery delayed due to postal strike

I love the product...all natural fiber and great quality.My husband was pleased with his holiday presents. I liked the presents for him so much I had to buy myself a few. Service was efficient and shipping just fine.

Only thing could be better would have order in USD.

It is very difficult to find out wich size to order. Last summer, I had to send back an XL men's robe (much, much too large) and the shipping costs are so expensive ! This time, I hope that I chose the right size, reading the reviews of other customers, who recommend ordering two sizes up.

Never received the product.

The email and website show prices in USD but when I logged in to complete my order (with USA address), the prices charged to EU - even though I live in and my mailing address is in the U.S.  Why? Please advise and correct.

Merchandise arrived on time and in perfect condition. Correspondence was replied to quickly and completely when we had a question about delivery.

I like the variety of styles, weavers and ease to explore.

Quick delivery so close to Christmas! Bought as a gift and recipient was really happy with the product.
