Quick delivery of item - looks good quality at the right price

Very quick delivery & as far as I can see the shower door is great. Very reasonable price too. So can't fault anything.

unfortunately the late contact for the first delivery date didnt work out and we needed to arrange another date.Again this was a bit harder than it should have been, especially as told morning delivery and they didnt turn up until the afternoon. all that been said very pleased with quality of product for the price we paid

Apparently the shower door was damage in transit and there is no stick to replace it - suggesting it may never have been sent in the first place - extremely disappointing and won’t be using company again Just hope refund arrives

Absolutely appalling service - ordered my shower screen had a message the night before to say it had been dispatched and was being delivered the following day- i then had a phone call to say it was out of stock and then the person changed their mind to say actually it wasn’t put on the van and also some of the parts were missing and that delivery would be made sometime next week - this seems to be the same with most people that have ordered from you - I have chased up on FIVE separate occasions now to ask for a VAT invoice as I am a vat registered company and I have been ignored every single time. I have now asked for a refund because I do not trust your company to supply my part - you have been quite happy to take my money though - it would be great if you can gather abit of energy to produce a vat invoice made out to the billing address and not delivery address and a credit note to cover my refund if that ever happens.
