door was amazing quality and delivered 3 days earlier than expected. friendly helpful delivery guys. aftercare when i needed an extra part sending was prompt and couriered the parts out to me the same day. best part was that the cost was about half that of other similar doors i was looking at and i expected some issue as a reault but was very pleasantly surprised. thanks 😊

Shower tray was completely unusable.feel I must quantify this statement as having had lots of trays and enclosures from here over the years this was the first major issue,what made it worse is you can only contact by email so you are completely stuck for at least a day before getting a reply. In the past you could phone or even call in the branch in Birmingham.

Had text message to say order was being delivered on 26 Jan 2023 waited in all day no delivery. Emailed now 3 times and no response customer service is appalling. I have no idea when i will get my order or if i ever will.

Fast delivery (two days) and the shower screen looks really good. It was installed by a professional tradesman and is completely waterproof, with no water leaking through. (One word of advice: as per the instructions, it has to rest on a piece of wood exactly 14mm deep when assembling it). Excellent value and I would definitely recommend it.
