Where is 'Customer Service'. Telephone contact with Aica not available, so report of damage to goods was only available via email. My email has not been answered. We have had to install a 'non-perfect' shower screen and hope it survives. I await compensation discussion from Aica. How on earth can this be called 'Customer Service'?
