I recently purchased the Optimum 600M cold press juicer from Froothie, and while the product initially had an issue (the base unit arrived with scratches), I was incredibly impressed with the way their customer service team handled the situation. Victoria from Froothie responded to my concern promptly and offered an excellent resolution. They arranged for a replacement base unit to be sent immediately and encouraged me to use the current one in the meantime so I wouldn't be without a juicer. To top it off, they also issued a £50 Froothie credit as an apology for the inconvenience. I also appreciated the thoughtful follow-up question about whether the box arrived damaged, which shows their attention to detail and commitment to understanding and addressing potential issues.
